Veal recipes

Veal is generally a seasonal product in Australia and we produce two distinct types. The first is an extremely pale and tender "bobby" veal which comes in very small portion sizes. The second is rose' veal which is off older animals and has a slightly more robust flavour. Consumers should be very careful buying rose' veal to ensure that it does have the rosy pink hue that should be seen on this product..
