We provide the vital link whereby as a consumer you can KNOW how your food was produced and have a direct link back to the people whose blood sweat and tears have gone into what you are consuming.

We have based our product selection on quality. It is our belief that only well cared for ethically grown stock produce top quality product. We believe knowing our farmers and understanding what and why they do it in their environment is more important than attaching any label to how the product was produced

STOP PRESS :- Our quality philosophy has been backed up in spades at the 2008 Royal Sydney Fine Foods Show. We are part of the only company in Australia that has won gold in both the Branded Lamb and Branded Beef competitions. Hay valley lamb has joined Coorong angus - Dry Aged as a recipient of a gold medal - these are 2 of only 6 gold medals handed out in the past 4 years.
