LAMB

At Feast! Fine Foods we know our lamb. As farmers ourselves with a 12,000 strong ewe flock there is not much we don't know about every stage of how great lamb is produced. It also gives us great insight into other lamb brands and whether the growers "have what it takes" to grow a great product.

Australians love lamb and when it's as good as ours there's no wonder.

The brands we sell have been hand selected by us for their unique attributes and or production methods. We audit our suppliers regularly for quality and any feedback to improve the product supplied is passed directly back to the grower.

It is important to note nearly all lamb follows a seasonal cycle with very young and pink "Spring Lamb" available in August to November changing gradually to a more well flavoured and deeper red product come the winter months
